Strategic Sustainability
FutureThinking helps organisations navigate the transition to sustainable business models — turning complexity into clarity, and ambition into action.
Why it matters
Sustainability is no longer an add-on. The organisations that will thrive are the ones that understand this — and act accordingly.
Regulatory pressure is accelerating. Stakeholder expectations are rising. The window for proactive strategy is narrowing. Those who move now gain an advantage that compounds over time.
FutureThinking exists to help you move — with rigour, clarity, and a genuine understanding of what the transition demands.

What I do
01
Developing long-term sustainability strategies that create real business value — grounded in your context, aligned with regulation, and built to last.
02
Navigating the reporting landscape — CSRD, ESRS, GRI, and beyond. Turning compliance requirements into meaningful communication.
03
Understanding what matters to your stakeholders — and what matters to your business. Building the foundation for credible sustainability work.
04
Bringing an outside perspective when it counts most — for strategic workshops or navigating complex decisions.
Who I am
I am a sustainability strategist with an MSc in International Business and Politics and over a decade of experience spanning consulting, research, and business development across the Nordics, Europe and Africa.
My work sits at the intersection of strategy and sustainability — helping organisations navigate EU regulation (CSRD, ESRS, SFDR, CSDDD), develop credible ESG frameworks, and turn sustainability ambitions into tangible business value. I have a particular interest in non-financial data management, sustainable finance, and the role of AI in sustainability work.
Alongside FutureThinking, I teach at CBS and DTU — which keeps me grounded in both the latest research and the practical challenges organisations face.
